I began Unlocked Real Estate and has been involved with property and information technology for over 35 years.

I have bought and sold many of my own properties and therefore been involved with many different aspects in the Real Estate industry.

My solid grasp of the New Zealand property market gained in part through researching online systems has given me the necessary insight to a no bull theory. I will tell you how it is unlike many other people in the industry. My area of expertise is compliance, licensing, strict adherance to New Zealand legislation and the Real Estate Act 2008.
